Power Pole is a full-body strengthening class using limb weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. We also incorporate pole moves to enhance your performance in your other classes.

Power Pole is suitable for all our students, as well as for those who are not yet practicing Pole and want to try a new and effective way to train.
