For the smooth operation of the school and out of respect for fellow athletes and class scheduling, please take note of the following rules:


1. Class Cancellation or Rescheduling

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class..

• If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours in advance, the class will be charged as attended and cannot be rescheduled or refunded..


2. Class Make-ups

• Students may make up a missed class only if there is availability in another class of the same level.

• All make-up classes must be completed within the same monthly package and cannot be transferred to the following month..


3. Absence Without Notice

• Failure to attend a class without prior notice will result in the class being charged as attended and cannot be rescheduled or refunded..
