At this level, you will learn the technique and basic principles of Pole Dancing. You will practice climbing the pole, holding on, performing turns, and combining exercises! Don’t worry.. our experienced teachers will guide you safely, helping you gain strength, confidence, and the skills to “fly” on your own.
You can start from zero, regardless of age. Previous sports experience may help you progress faster, but it is not required.
Beginner classes run throughout the year, and we are excited to welcome you to join!
The lesson has duration 1 hour.
