What do I need to wear for Pole (Tricks & Combos) & Power Pole classes?

For Pole (Tricks & Combos) & Power Pole (strengthening) courses, the following are required:

Athletic shorts, sleeveless t-shirt or tank top.

Comfortable sportswear that allows you to move freely

For Exotic, you will need: knee pads and socks. Ηeels designed specifically for pole dancing. Clothing of your choice that allows you to move comfortably

  1. Avoid body and hand creams at least 24 hours before your workout.
  2. Keep your nails short.
  3. Remove all jewelry: rings, bracelets, and long earrings.
